Implemented "fake comment" flag

Now fake comments that are debunked will be marked as "inauthentic comment". For example, comments from the series "Doesn't start / doesn't work" are now refuted in the response message, and the fake comment itself is marked as inauthentic. This will help other users to coordinate in the right direction and not take such comments seriously.
