Moved some items to the side menu

Items such as "Download history" and "Go to profile (avatar)" have been moved from the top bar. These items are now in the sidebar. Along with this, the side menu has also expanded. In addition to the moved avatar, such items as "Level" and "Warnings" appeared in it. In addition, quick links such as "My comments", "Favorites" have been added to the side menu.

Since the avatar in the top bar has been removed, the notification indicator, if any, is now displayed on the button to open the side menu. Plus, by opening the side menu, thanks to the added quick links (which were mentioned just above), you will immediately see which section sent you a notification.
